We are super excited to announce that From Scratch Ranch is taking the next step to becoming a reality. We finally have a signed real estate contract and are soon to be land owners in the Ozark's of Arkansas. We are scheduled to close on March 1st 2019 after a long year and 5 months of waiting and praying and dreaming and planning. We have finally made progress after having 3 previous "almost" signed contracts on this specific 47 acres of land that slipped through our hands so many times for one reason or another. It took a ton of patience, a lot of hope and so many prayers.
